Room in a shared flat

My current rent was raised to 840CHF a month total, with 60CHF for electricity once every 3 months (so averaged is 20CHF extra a month). You (one person) would be taking over my contract.

The room is ~2.95m by ~4.05m. There is a shared bathroom, a shared kitchen (stove and dishwasher), and a shared common room.
The washing machine, dryer and dryer room are in the basement and shared with the others in this small building.

This is 1min or less from Dübendorf HB, which is surprisingly well connected to other Bahnhofs.There is a very nice/cheap Denner and Coop nearby, there's a Migros, and 20min by foot away there is the Lidl at Stettbach.

Currently due to military service and job relocation, only one of the other 3 rooms is occupied, but that can change.

Must be willing to buy built in wardrobe for 70CHF.
All other furniture can be negotiated and is completely optional to buy (full bed with foam mattress for 2.0CHF, desk for 70CHF, the chair is not for sale).
