Two spacious double rooms in a quiet house with a garden in Winterthur

In our house in Winterthur, two different double rooms are becoming available. The house is a self-managed house community with plenty of freedom and a large garden. We are looking for people who live independently, take responsibility, and appreciate a quiet home.

This is not a classic shared apartment (WG) with close living or shared activities. Everyone lives independently, meets with respect, and takes care of the shared areas.

Room 1 in the attic

• Spacious double room on the top floor
• Additional kitchen room with a simple kitchen
• Own WC
• Shared shower
• Quiet with a view

Since the staircase in this area is shared, this room is preferably suited for a woman.

Room 2 on the ground floor

• Spacious double room with a separate entrance
• Own WC
• Shared shower
• Direct access from the outside
• Quiet and with a lot of privacy

The house

• Large garden close to nature
• Quiet living atmosphere
• Self-managed HG
• Not a party WG

Rent
The regular rent is CHF 1’200.– per month including all service charges per double room.

We are looking for roommates who
place value on quiet, nature-oriented living, are willing to take responsibility, and reliably adhere to agreements. The garden is an important part of the house and a large additional living area in the summer.
