We are renting a bright, cozy room (approx. 6 m²) in our single-family house in a quiet and beautiful location in Emmenbrücke.

The room is particularly suitable for a female student, a working person, or a weekday resident who appreciates a pleasant and uncomplicated living environment.

About us:

We are an open-minded, uncomplicated family with two small children and also live in the house. Pleasant, respectful, and considerate coexistence is important to us. At the same time, every person should feel comfortable with us and be able to enjoy their privacy.

We are looking for a reliable, independent, and uncomplicated person who fits well into our living environment. Long-term rental is desired.

Rental conditions:

Rent: CHF 900 per month, including utilities and WLAN.

Outdoor parking space: CHF 2.0 per month (optional).
