I am leaving the 2.5 apartment that I've been renting, and I am looking for another long-term tenant.

The apartment is a perfect fit for someone that wants to live by themselves near the center of Zurich. It has great transport connections, it's 10 minutes by walk from HB, and it enjoys all the perks of living next to Langstrasse, like having food options available at all times. Walking distance to coop, denner, and migrolino.

The apartment itself is modern, very bright, has a small balcony, and is equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, and a separate freezer. It includes a large cellar room downstairs. Washing and drying machines are shared in the basement. There is also some small bike parking space in the garage.

1. A short introduction about yourself and whether you'd like to move in by yourself or together with someone else
2. Whether your monthly gross salary exceeds 3x the monthly rent (CHF 52.5)
3. Whether you'd be willing to move in mid-November
