Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone A new 3-person shared apartment is forming in our flat :) The apartment is a renovated old building, the ceilings are high and because of the beams there is real charm, I would say. The room already includes built-in wardrobes and there would also be a bed if one is needed. The apartment is very spacious as is the kitchen (which thank God has a dishwasher) and there are 2 bathrooms so you never have to wait. Unfortunately, there is no lift and we are on the 4th floor, so if that would be a no-go, I have mentioned it here so that you don't only find out during the viewing. The apartment is very filled with light as there are also partially windows in the ceiling, which I also find mega. And for info: the furnishing will change as the current WG is dissolving.
