1 room in a 5.5-room house for rent. In a shared apartment, 1 room (approx. 13 m²) with a 6 m2 balcony is being rented. Bathroom, shower and WC for shared use. Preference is given to an easy-going, clean, employed woman or an easy-going, clean, employed man. Approx. 25 minutes by car to Zurich. The local recreation area begins directly in front of the house at the Näfbach cycle path. Swimming pool, tennis and football facilities are reachable within 3 minutes on foot. About the shared apartment: The house is occupied by two people for approx. 7 months: a quiet, easy-going and clean man (72), employed electrical fitter. During approx. 5 summer months, I am additionally in the house (DJ and music producer). A small, professional recording studio is also located in the house. We look forward to meeting you.
