As of 1 January 2026, we are looking for a reliable subtenant (a single person or a couple) for our spacious, fully furnished 1.5-room apartment in the popular and central Neuwiesenquartier in Winterthur. The subletting relationship is limited until 30 June 2027.
The apartment offers you:
Lots of space to live: 49 m² living space, distributed across a large, light-flooded living room with fireplace (including wood provided), spacious kitchen area (gas stove), a cozy bedroom, 9m² balcony (currently under construction) and a marble bathroom with bathtub.

Completely furnished: The apartment is stylishly equipped with everything necessary for everyday life (furniture, fully equipped kitchen, TV, etc.) – simply move in and feel at home - Private items will, of course, be removed as far as possible to create more space for you.
Top location: The quarter is urban, lively and yet quiet. Winterthur main station (10'), various shopping opportunities (Migros, Coop, Einkaufszentrum Neuwiesen), cozy cafés and restaurants as well as the forest are easily reachable on foot within a few minutes.

Rental price: (gross, incl. furniture) CHF 2'780.–

We are looking for a quiet, tidy and uncomplicated single person or a couple (without pets) who will appreciate the fully furnished home for the next half year and handle it with care.
A permanent employment contract as well as a clean extract from the debt enforcement register (Betreibungsauszug) are required for official approval by the administration.
