I am changing to a different professional field and am giving up my practice room.

The room is part of a group practice with 4 practicing people.
It is approx. 20 m² in size, has a beautiful parquet floor, wonderfully high ceilings, a very large, sunny window facing south, spacious built-in cupboards and thus offers many possibilities for furnishing according to your needs and ideas.

Included in the room (included in the price) is the shared use of the common waiting room with cloakroom, the use of the bathroom (very large) and kitchen (with dishwasher), as well as the regular cleaning of these common rooms by the landlord.

The waiting room is located directly behind the entrance door of the practice, all other rooms branch off from it. The practice can be reached by stairs or by elevator, so it is barrier-free.

Currently, a masseur, a chiropractor and a tattoo artist are active in the practice. It is a very lovely, helpful team and a relaxed, considerate interaction with one another.

The practice room can be rented empty for 800 Chf/month starting immediately, or with all my furniture, which includes a Shiatsu mat and a mobile massage table, as well as the furniture, lamps and curtains visible in the pictures. Furthermore, I have my own washer-dryer (i.e., washing machine and tumble dryer in one device) in the bathroom of the practice, which is also included. The rent for the furnishings is calculated separately.
The complete furnishings can also be bought in whole or in part, price is negotiable.

If interested, an existing homepage with domain and hosting can also be taken over, price negotiable, the ongoing maintenance of the site is also bookable.
