Room in a shared flat

I am looking for someone – a working Expat, a student, or a local working person – to rent a room in my apartment in Steinhausen. No social welfare recipients and no pets, please. The room is fully furnished and includes a separate bathroom and a separate living area (see photos). A short-term rental is also possible. The kitchen is located on the ground floor. We can discuss whether you can use it, should you need to. The location is very quiet and very central. Shops, bus stops, and the train station are just a few minutes away on foot. If interested, please send me an email.
