3 ½ rooms apartment

Our **open 3.5-room apartment in Ypsilon in Oberkirch is looking for new residents.** The apartment is generously laid out and has an **open living and dining area with a large kitchen** and plenty of space. The **balcony faces towards the courtyard** and is equipped with a privacy screen, providing nice privacy there. The **two rooms are also oriented very quietly.** The location is extremely practical for everyday life: **Migros directly in the same building**, the **bus stop only 2 minutes away on foot.** **About the apartment:** * 3.5 rooms * Open, generous living and dining area * Large kitchen * Balcony facing the quiet courtyard with privacy screen * Two very quiet rooms * Parquet flooring * Floor-level shower * Own washing machine & tumble dryer in the utility room * Bicycle room / space for strollers **Cat owners preferred** Since we have furnished the apartment to be quite cat-friendly, we would particularly welcome new tenants with cats. Some practical items have already been installed, which can gladly be taken over. Among other things, the door to the second bathroom (shower) has a cat flap. We had our cat litter boxes there, which meant they were nicely separate from the living area. **For the existing installations, we will make a written agreement that we will cover the costs for any necessary removal or the corresponding costs upon a later move-out.**
