Room in a shared flat

I am 28 years old and am looking for a new flatmate for my apartment. Except for the advertised room, the apartment is completely furnished and equipped.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor. From the balcony, there is a view of Rigi and Pilatus. Morning sun until approx. 13:00. There are 2 rooms to choose from, green or yellow (see photo of floor plan in the attachment). The other room is intended for shared use. (Previously office and laundry room) However, I am open to other ideas.

The apartment has a balcony with a great view. Shopping facilities as well as restaurants etc. are reachable within a few minutes' walk. (Aldi/Coop/Bakery >2min/foot)

A bus stop is located directly in front of the building (Station Busschleife). In approx. 15-20min, one is at Luzern station.

Wlan and TV are included in the rental price.
Kitchen as well as living room and 2 WCs (guest WC + large bathroom with bathtub) are for shared use. Everything except the room to be occupied is furnished.
Additional costs such as electricity, water, etc. are divided proportionally among the tenants.

A parking space (underground garage with lift connection) can be rented additionally. CHF 2.0.- /month.

Laundry room as well as tumble dryer are available. Approx. CHF 1 - max CHF 2.- per load.

No pets allowed.
