The apartment features: * Two large balconies with garden table and grill (accessible from every room) * Private laundry room with washing machine and dryer * Two WCs, one shower/bathtub * Highspeed internet included * Cleaning service every 2 weeks for bathroom and kitchen * Very good public transport connections (Kloten Airport in 10 min), shopping facilities also on Sundays * Absolute peace in the evening: The building is a commercial complex – from 6 PM onwards and on weekends, we are alone in the building There is **no cellar** and **no parking space**, but in return, there is plenty of space and privacy. **We are:** Two working men: An electrical engineer in aerospace as well as a shift worker and SkyTrain engineer at the airport. We are uncomplicated, tidy, and value a quiet, respectful coexistence. I (Lars) occasionally use a studio in the apartment for crafts – this can get a little louder 1–2 times a month, otherwise it is very quiet. **We are looking for:** A subtenant, ideally between 25–40, preferably with a connection to the **airport or aviation industry**. You are tidy, independent, and contribute fairly to the shared apartment life. The cleaning service relieves us, but does not replace a basic level of cleanliness.
