1 room single room

It is a 5-room apartment in a high-rise on the 12th floor.
The room for rent is approx. 10m2 in size and includes a wardrobe, a table and a pull-out sofa for sleeping (this can also be replaced by a bed)
A private bathroom/WC is available. The shower is used communally in the large bathroom.
The remaining rooms are used communally. Large balcony with glazing and a far view into the Jura. Beautiful sunsets
The living room is coolly furnished in a kind of Irish pub style. A place to feel comfortable ;-)

I am looking for an open, friendly, order-conscious person who has their own room and shares the rest of the apartment. By this, I also mean eating together sometimes, watching TV, discussing, having a drink. So I am looking for a relaxed flatmate. Privacy or retreating also naturally has its place.
A French or English speaking person would be desirable, so that I can learn the language better and offer German in return.
I am looking for someone who is employed, studying, or simply looking for a break from the familiar.
I do not want anyone who does not work, is only at home, and wanders aimlessly through the world.
A parking space can be rented cheaply in addition.

I am male, 59 (which one doesn't give away yet), athletic, slim, I like being in nature, biking, camping, play volleyball and boule.
I have a girlfriend (does not live here) and will certainly not be home one evening a week. My French and English are not the best, but it is sufficient for communicating.
