Beautiful & very affordable apartment in Kreis 1 with balcony for exchange

I am offering my very beautiful, cozy and exceptionally affordable 1.5-room apartment in the middle of Zurich's Niederdorf for exchange. Originally a 2-room apartment and therefore very generously laid out with approx. 50 m².

  • Balcony
  • Top location in Kreis 1 / Niederdorf
  • Only approx. 10 minutes walking distance from Zürich HB
  • Very attractive rental price for this location and size
  • No deposit

I love the apartment and would actually be very reluctant to give it up. Since we are expecting a baby, it is slowly becoming too small for us, which is why we are looking for a new home with at least 3 rooms in Zürich.

Fancy an apartment exchange? Feel free to write to me. We look forward to suitable exchange offers!
