Room in a shared flat

Since two of our roommates are moving out next year, two rooms are becoming available in our spacious maisonette apartment at Römerstrasse 155 in 8404 Winterthur:

Room A (from 1 December 2026): 15.7 m², south-facing window and a cozy wooden wall for a warm ambiance. CHF 12.0.–/month incl. utilities.
(Note: Since Susanne and Mischa are still living in Room B until the end of January, we would temporarily live as five people for two months. In return, your rent will be reduced accordingly during this time.)

Room B (from 1 February 2027): 20.8 m², east-facing and with a practical, large built-in wardrobe. CHF 980.–/month incl. utilities.
(Note on furnishing: Except for the white built-in wardrobe, the room will be handed over unfurnished, so you can furnish it entirely according to your own ideas.)

The apartment & amenities

The apartment is located in a farmhouse renovated in 2005 and offers enormous amounts of space across 212 m², distributed over two floors. Exposed wooden beams and a tiled stove in the living room ensure plenty of charm. In addition, there is a modern kitchen, a private garden section for sunny days, and a private laundry tower, which we share uncomplicatedly.

Who you will live with

Petra (32): Works in quality assurance in hospital pharmacy at Spital St. Gallen. She starts early in the morning; after work, gymnastics at her club is often on the program. When she is not training or exploring the area by bike, she likes to process the quinces from our garden. And if you want to know how diverse socks can be: Petra will show you.

Nico (31): Originally from Germany, works as a commissioning engineer and is therefore occasionally traveling to customers. He prefers to spend his free time outdoors – in the mountains for skiing/mountain biking or at the sea for surfing.

Who we are looking for & our shared living life

We are looking for two reliable roommates (non-smokers), ideally employed and of a similar age, who appreciate a quiet and orderly home (there is also a chore plan app). We are not a party WG and lead a rather independent life with our own hobbies and schedules during the week as well as on the weekend. Nevertheless, we value relaxed, respectful coexistence without the anonymity of a
