4 ½ rooms apartment

We are renting a cozy, furnished apartment in a charming, older house – ideal for 1 to a maximum of 2 winter seasonal workers.

The apartment offers:

2 bedrooms, each with a double bed
a large, cozy kitchen
a large bathroom – kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2015
a spacious hallway with plenty of room
Parking possibilities around the house
Parking space in the carport for CHF 50.– per month (optional)

The apartment is mainly heated by a wood stove, which must be lit manually. Additionally, electric radiators are available. Since the electricity consumption can be correspondingly higher, the utility costs amount to at least CHF 300.– per month depending on consumption and can rise accordingly with higher consumption.
The apartment is rented out as a holiday apartment via Airbnb in the summer and is therefore available for winter seasonal workers during the winter season.
