One bedroom included with large wardrobes of 9m2 Hey! We are looking for a female roommate for September and the precise date to be discussed (both in our twenties) a new roommate who would like to enrich our little roommate team! Who are we? Katia and Myriem live in the beautiful Schönberg district, only a few minutes' walk from two bus stops. Our apartment is a real dream: it includes 5.5 rooms. You will have access to the kitchen, the bathroom with separate WC, the living room as well as the lovely garden that we share with the neighbors. The available bedroom has built-in closets and is rented unfurnished. The rent is 606 CHF per month. In addition, we share the electricity bill (approximately 150 CHF every three months) and the Wi-Fi (13.30 CHF per month). The lease (sublet) is currently limited to one year.
