Room in a shared flat

General information: Rent: sFr. 650.- per month, indefinite. Additional costs: All additional costs are included in the price. Availability: Since two people are moving out, two rooms will become vacant. One of them will be available in November. Location: Brig, Wallis. Furkastrasse 27, 3900 Brig. Location: Very central, only 5 minutes walking distance from Brig station. Shopping facilities are located in the same building (Denner) or can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes on foot (Coop, Migros, Aldi). The roommates: The shared apartment consists of a total of four rooms and one separate guest room. Guests are welcome. The remaining roommates are: Adrian (M45): Works in water technology. His hobbies are mountain biking, paragliding, skiing, and ski touring. Adam (M35): Works as a chemist at Lonza. He lives partly in Bern with his girlfriend, but likes to come to Wallis for mountain biking, skiing, and to enjoy the mountains. Who they are looking for: An uncomplicated, clean, and sociable person is sought who is interested in a relaxed shared apartment life. The WG members enjoy cooking something healthy together and enjoying cozy evenings on the roof terrace with a beer or wine. Ideally, the new roommate will also be interested in joint mountain bike tours or ski tours. The room: Size: The available room is approx. 20 m2 in size. Orientation: It is oriented to the west and offers a view of the Glishorn.
