Room in a shared flat

I am 59 years old, looking for a flatmate for my beautiful 2.0m2 4.5 Zi-Minergie apartment. The apartment will be cooled in the summer. You have a bright room with a view of the greenery towards the Üetliberg. One window pane has a mosquito net so that you can sleep well with the window open. You have your own large bathroom with shower, washing machine, tumble dryer and laundry collector. The room is newly furnished with a 2.0cm large bed, a 4-door wardrobe, desk and armchair. All bedding, terry cloth linen and internet connection + WLAN are also available. So you can just move in! The large living room, the well-equipped kitchen, dining area, cloakroom, terrace and a shelf in the cellar compartment are also there for you. If you need a garage space (with E-charging station), this is also possible.
I look forward to an uncomplicated person who also enjoys living beautifully. If you also like to cook together or drink a glass of wine every now and then, you are very welcome! In the very nearby nature reserve, it is wonderful to go for a walk or you can bathe in the Reuss.
Your age does not matter, the main thing is that it fits. The room is available from 1.Feb. 27 or by arrangement.
Costs Fr. 1520.00 incl. all costs, excl. parking garage space. (Fr.2.0.-/ E: Fr.125.-)
