Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a roommate for my shared apartment in Zürich-Höngg as of 32.01.2027. The room is approx. 12-15m² in size, the rent is CHF 1760.- incl. utilities.
I am male, 26 and employed.

Höngg is a quiet district with a lot of greenery, while simultaneously being fast in the city (tram/bus directly into the center). Directly in front of the house, only trees and meadows await you, which brings a pleasant quietness to the apartment, completely without street noise. The apartment has 2 balconies and from the main balcony you can see over the city of Zürich.

If you feel like having a shared apartment with a good mix of independence and shared time, just get in touch, preferably with a few lines about yourself.
Looking forward to your message!
