Room in a shared flat

We are looking for two new roommates for our 4-person shared apartment starting from 2.22.2026 or 25.22.2026 (or by arrangement)! :)
Two rooms will become available starting from 2.22:
Room 2:

• approx. 9.4 m2 (unfurnished)
• the monthly rent is 1160 CHF

Room 2:

• approx. 24.7 m2 (unfurnished)
• the monthly rent is 880 CHF
• large windows that let in a lot of sunlight (perfect for plants :) )

For both rooms, a flat rate of 45CHF for additional costs is added (electricity, hot water, WLAN etc. all included)

The apartment offers the following amenities:

• bright, spacious living area with open kitchen
• cozy balcony (incl. fairy lights✨)
• modern kitchen (incl. dishwasher)
• 2 bathrooms (each with shower and WC)
• Private laundry room in the basement (shared only with the WG roommates)
• cellar compartment
• (Pets are unfortunately not allowed)

About us:
We have been living together in our cozy apartment since December. Harmonious coexistence is important to us - we are not a purpose-driven WG and enjoy spending a common evening together every now and then. At the same time, we all have a full university or work routine and respect each other's peace. Therefore, we are looking for an open, respectful and uncomplicated person.

• Inès (22): In September I started my studies in biotechnology and will continue to work part-time as a pharma assistant in a pharmacy. In my free time, I like browsing in secondhand shops, listening to a lot of music and going to concerts often. I collect vinyl records, am interested in films and therefore also like going to the cinema. I also like to travel, meet friends outside and enjoy relaxed days, whether in a café, in the park or simply on a walk. Every now and then I also take time for drawing.
• Caroline (22): I am Caroline, come from Denmark and started the ZHAW International Management studies in September. In my free time, I like to be active and outdoors. I like to go running and cycling, play tennis and generally enjoy spending time in nature.

Although Caroline speaks German, she finds it easier to speak English, which is why it is ideal if you bring certain English skills :)

Surroundings:
The apartment is located in a quiet environment, only a few minutes' walk from the Waldheim bus station. From there, the train station is easily accessible (approx. 5 minutes by bus or 7 minutes by bike). Shopping facilities are also within walking distance at Deutweg. In addition, the nearby forest invites you for walks.
