Due to a four-month trip, we are renting out our beautiful, fully furnished 4.5-room apartment in 6143 Ohmstal, LU, from 01.02.2027 to 25.05.2027. The apartment is ideally suited for a single person or a couple and offers: * Spacious bedroom with 180 cm double bed * Separate office room for home office or studies * Another room will remain locked during the rental period and will be used to store our private belongings * Bathroom with shower and WC * Separate guest WC, also with shower and WC * Utility room with its own washing machine and tumble dryer * Large, sunny balcony with a wonderful view of the Pilatus range and the surrounding mountains * Two garage spaces for use * WLAN & Swisscom TV Rent: CHF 1600. per month incl. utilities No pets. Anyone who feels like taking care of her during the rental period would be doing us a great favor. The effort is minimal: refilling some water about once a month and filling the automatic feeder monthly. She is easy to care for, reliable, and is guaranteed not to make loud party requests. Care is, of course, voluntary, but we would be very happy.
