**New office WG roommate sought** In our Art Nouveau villa on Rosenberg, an office is becoming available: 41.4 m² on the 2nd floor, with a view of St.Gallen, space for 3-5 workstations. This is all included: Cleaning, kitchen, 10-Gbit internet, printer, electricity, heating, shared large meeting room, shared guest parking, coffee + snacks, beautiful large garden, billiard and ping-pong table. We are looking for tenants who bring exciting skills into the house. This is who we are in the Höhenweg-WG: ACG, Alltag Agentur, Büro Fisch, Divid, Studio Daly, Hypnosezimmer and Work Better. The exchange under one roof is enriching and brings us forward together. On Wednesdays, we cook for each other, and from time to time we celebrate parties together. Höhenweg 1, 9000 St.Gallen – 10 minutes on foot from the train station, 5 from the market square, 1 from the HSG. Available from July 1st or by arrangement.
