During my sabbatical (duration still open, at least 5 months starting from November or December 2026) I wish for someone to enliven and enjoy my apartment as if it were their own. Enjoy valuable quality of life thanks to the combination of nature (Aare & surrounding forests, jogging, biking) and city proximity within walking distance.

• Bus stop "Widler" directly in front of the door with 4 connections per hour to the city or to Aarau station
• Voli, pharmacy, restaurant & pizza delivery within a 10-minute walking distance

• Electricity costs for the rental period will be passed on 1 to 1 for the respective rental period
