Room in a shared flat

I am renting a room in my 4-room, 120m2 apartment, with the possibility of forming a shared flat, if there is good rapport.
Quite nice apartment to live in, spacious, with a beautiful fireplace. In the middle of greenery

With the room, a small private toilet.
Furnished room with an excellent 160x200 bed, wardrobe, etc.

Shared kitchen, bathroom also.

I prefer a cross-border commuter who returns on weekends, but I am studying all proposals. Single person, non-smoker, at least indoors, and solvent. Deposit may be requested.

The room is located in a small 2-story building, quiet, 8min walk from the station, very close to a denner. Chatel is well located for going to Fribourg, to Lausanne, and also Valais. Possibility of having an outdoor parking space.

I live alone with an ultra-kind border collie female dog who never barks.

Looking forward to hearing from you
