2 ½ rooms apartment

At Gartenweg 2/4/6/8/10/12 in Schinznach-Dorf, a new DOMUM development is being created with 55 attractive 1.5 to 4.5-room rental apartments.

The housing cooperative DOMUM offers a home for seniors, families, couples, and singles. A lively togetherness with a strong sense of community and openness for good neighborliness is the goal. Common rooms complement the individual apartment and, in combination with a settlement coach, promote encounters between the generations. The structural comfort also enables a long stay in one's own home, even in increasing age.

As tenants, you benefit from the following amenities (included in the rental price):

• Modern architecture
• High-end standard of fittings
• Appealing floor plans
• Private cellar compartment in the basement
• Settlement coach (coordination of offers and networking of tenants)
• Fitness room with various sports equipment
• Multi-purpose rooms for community events and activities
• All living areas are wheelchair accessible thanks to the elevator system

Car parking spaces (CHF 140.00/month) are available in the underground garage. There are also car parking spaces available that are suitable for e-mobility. Additionally, there are storage rooms that can be rented upon request and availability.

Viewings are currently not yet possible. The apartments are rented according to the plan. Please note that independent entry to the construction site is not permitted.

The prices and availability of the apartments as well as further information can be seen on the project website www.domum-wbg.ch/schinznach.

We will be happy to provide you with further documents upon request and look forward to you contacting us.
