The room is already furnished and thus fully equipped. The room is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk and office chair. A special highlight is the private balcony of the room and the seating area with a garden directly at the house for shared use. With two other roommates, the shared apartment invites you to linger and make contacts. Kitchen, bathroom and WC can be used together and already offer everything one needs. 2.0 meters away is the bus stop "Kolosseumstrasse". The train station as well as the University of Applied Sciences can be reached by bus in 12 minutes. Approx. 250 meters from the house, another bus runs from the "Heiligkreuzstrasse" stop directly to the Uni in only 6 minutes. (4 minutes on foot to the bus stop) On the way to the train station is the lively marketplace with various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars.

All ancillary costs (incl. electricity and internet) are included in the rental price. In addition, regular cleaning of the common areas is also included.
