60m² commercial

I am looking for 1–2 creative people who would like to share my beautiful, already furnished studio with me!

What awaits you:

• Approx. 60 m² bright, spacious room
• 3.5 m high ceilings and large windows with plenty of daylight
• Tables, shelves and plenty of space for creative work
• Painting tools may be shared (please clean them afterwards)
• Please bring your own colors and consumables
• Ideal for painting, creative workshops, content creation, TikTok videos or simply for your hobby!

How does the usage work?

At the moment, the studio is completely free for approximately 25 days a month – from morning to evening!

Since I want to further expand my own events, it could be about 20 free days per month in the future.

That is exactly why I want to share this beautiful space with other creative people who can use it when it is free! It would therefore be quite possible, for example, to offer your own workshops 3–4 times a week or to work regularly on your own projects.

We will coordinate the usage in a very uncomplicated way via a shared calendar.

What is allowed?

You can use the studio for your own creative projects, for painting or for artistic workshops.

Only action painting and workshops where families create a picture together are excluded, as I offer and further develop these two concepts myself. All other creative workshops are very welcome!

CHF 490.– per month and person

In the long term, I would like to share the studio with two other people. Currently, I am first looking for one person; later, a third person could join. The rental price of CHF 490.– remains unchanged for you.

This way, the three of us can share a great, spacious studio without everyone having to rent their own room!

Mühlenstrasse 40, 8200 Schaffhausen

Are you interested? Then feel free to write to me! You can, of course, also view the studio without obligation.
