Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a roommate!
It is a 2-person shared apartment.
My roommate is moving out as of 1.11.26. Move-in is possible between 1.11.26 and 1.2.27.

About the apartment:
2-person shared apartment.
3 1/2 rooms, large balcony. Washing machine, tumble dryer shared. Cellar compartment and dishwasher available. Lift, bathtub and garage.
Plus a small additional room/pantry for both.
Your room is approx. 10m2, but you will pay accordingly a bit less rent than I do (the price as stated here. Incl. service charges).

Furniture for the living room and kitchen, as well as a few things, can also be taken over.

Requirements of the administration:
You must not have any debt enforcement proceedings (Betreibungen). And you need a regular income or otherwise a guarantee, e.g., from parents.

Now about me:
My name is Sheila, I am 28 years old and love sport, nature and animals. I am a very social and quiet person/roommate.
I will have two small cats, so I would be happy if the cats are allowed into your room, otherwise life as an apartment cat would be a bit small.
I like to do things like games, sport, friends, adventure (also gladly together with you, if you want). When I am at home, I like to enjoy some peace to recharge my social battery.
So far we have made everything independent: cooking, shopping, eating, separate refrigerator etc.
Does not mean that one cannot do it together sometimes, but I would like to maintain it this way.
Cleanliness: I see it rather flexibly. Leaving something standing for a day is totally okay. Leaving it for a week, then I would prefer not to.
Generally, I am a fan of flexibility. Everyone does something in the household when they see something, instead of rigid cleaning plans.
I am a quiet roommate. I will not wake you up in the evening or morning and I wish the same from my counterpart :).
