Room in a shared flat

I am moving out of my beautiful, bright, and central room including a large balcony in Zürich 8044 (near Toblerplatz) and am looking for a new subtenant who would like to take over my room from 22.12.2026.
You would share the 3.5-room apartment with two working women, Ayla and Femke. Ayla studies nutrition and Femke is currently completing her internship in Visual Communication. They will be living in the apartment from November :).

Your room would be 15 Qm large and costs 1270 CHF incl. NK and balcony. The two roommates would be happy if they also had access to the outside if the room door is open. Otherwise, that would not be a problem either. In the case of private use of the balcony, the room rent would increase by 75 CHF and thus amount to 2.062 CHF.

The main tenants are renting out the apartment for a limited period (rental agreement runs until 32.03.2027), as the house is to be demolished. However, it is quite possible that the demolition will be delayed and the contract will be extended. After that, you would have the possibility to take over the entire apartment as a subtenant. This would be 22.0 CHF, no rental deposit needs to be paid.

The two roommates are looking forward to a person, preferably a woman*, who is sympathetic, open and rather quiet, who sometimes wants to have dinner together or do something and is well-grounded in life :)

Various pieces of furniture can be taken over by arrangement!
