Room in a shared flat

Are you looking for a quiet spot in the greenery, from which you can still quickly reach the university, the HB, or Baden? Then our home could be just the right thing for you! Move-in immediately or by arrangement.

The room & the house:
The room has direct access to the large garden (where, if you like, you can create your own little seating area or vegetable garden), its own entrance, and its own shower/WC. Additionally, we have a living kitchen that we all use together. The house is located on a quiet street and has surrounding grounds. By public transport and bicycle, both the HB in Zürich (35min public transport), Baden (35min public transport), or Hönggerberg (20.5km by bicycle) are easily reachable. Additionally, there is a parking space in front of the house that you could rent additionally.

Who we are:
We are a 3-person WG (29, 23, 56 years): an aspiring chef with a passion for climbing, an environmental engineering student and hobby mountaineer, and a nature lover working in violence prevention. We are connected by feminist values, a love for nature, and outdoor activities.
On weekends, there is also occasional visits from family/friends.
A home is important to us in which one can relax, recharge batteries, and chill as a safe space. We maintain a relaxed, open, and respectful togetherness. We value our me-time, but we look forward just as much to good conversations and occasional shared meals.

Who we are looking for:
You are an open, uncomplicated, respectful, and tidy person who is interested in such a way of living together. You are a non-smoker.
