1 room single room

Hello, I am looking for a roommate or a weekly resident (costs adjusted) for a 2-person shared apartment in a 3.5 room apartment. From the apartment, you have a view over the city and there is also a balcony and garden. In 10min you can reach the train station by bus or go for a walk in the forest. The room is 16m2 in size.

I very much enjoy doing sports and am often out and about, but also enjoy time at home. I am looking for someone who likes to cook something together sometimes, but is also happy to be out and about on their own, so that everyone has some time to themselves. If you also like it quiet, cozy and clean, I look forward to a message :)

The utility costs are not yet included in the costs.
