Participation in the caretaker service & technical systems: We are currently looking for people with technical know-how who would like to assist with the monitoring of our technical systems as well as with repairs in the caretaker service. Either on an hourly basis (40.– Franken/hour; if all repairs are taken over, approx. 100 hours per year, whereby a smaller workload is also possible) or by arrangement with a fixed wage for the technical service. Anyone willing to help will be given preference in the application process!

What distinguishes our cooperative:

• Community & Togetherness: We attach great importance to participation and a mix of generations.
• Location & Mobility: Close to nature, excellently connected to public transport, and bicycle-friendly.
• Self-determined & Affordable: Well-maintained and steadily modernized living space in a central yet close-to-nature location. Since the surroundings and administration are largely maintained by cooperative members, we steer our own destiny and keep costs low.
• New Ideas: We are looking for people with visions, are open to discussions, and look forward to new ways of thinking.
