Room in a shared flat

In our beautiful former farmhouse between Buchs and Dielsdorf, a large, cozy shared apartment room will become available from October or November. The detached farm is located on a hill and offers a dreamlike view of the Alps and as far as Germany, but is only 20-30min away from Zürich. The house has spacious communal rooms, a kitchen-cum-living room, living room, cellar and attic. There is a bathroom on every floor and a guest toilet in the living area. Our garden invites you to linger; we also manage a large organic vegetable garden nearby.

We are looking for (currently due to the composition) rather a woman, with humor and flat-sharing experience, who is ideally employed and enjoys nature and living together with other people. It is an advantage if you have a car or e-bike or enjoy walking, because although we have two train lines nearby, it is almost 30 min on foot to the public transport, and we live "on the hill".

We are a mixed (m&f) 5-person shared flat aged 35-50, all employed in different sectors: film, theater, medicine, technology, social services. We are versatile, interested, nice people, do not smoke and appreciate informal living together and occasionally have spontaneous cooking, game, music, or film evenings or go hiking or swimming together in the nearby Katzensee. The topic of cleaning has been handed over to a cleaning team, which makes our flat-sharing life very relaxed (is already included in the service charges). Nevertheless, we also pay attention to a clean shared flat.

The room is available as of November or by arrangement also earlier or later (October or December).
