Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone!

In a 4-person shared flat at Illnauerstrasse 8, a cozy room is available – perfect if you are looking for a home with nice roommates but still need your own retreat.

Also part of the apartment are a small but fine kitchen, a bathroom, and a small common living area for eating or chatting. Your 3 roommates would be Andreas (m, 24), Michele (f, 25) and Hannes (m, 33).

The apartment has a super location: You are within a 3-minute walk to the train station. From there, it only takes 8 minutes to the airport and to Winterthur or 25 minutes to Zürich. The highway is also reachable in a few minutes – perfect for everyone who likes to be mobile and flexible.

The rent is all incl. A deposit of 3 months' rent is mandatory.

Move-in would be desired on 2.22. A parking space can be rented depending on availability.

Feel free to get in touch and tell us a little bit about yourself – I look forward to it! Please understand that inquiries without an introduction will not be answered.
