Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a 20 m² bright, partially furnished room in a shared flat. In addition to your room, the apartment offers a spacious living room and a separate study.
I myself am only home about 20 days per month, as I spend the rest of the time abroad. So you will have plenty of space and will also frequently have the apartment to yourself.
The apartment is located in a quiet location. Shopping facilities are very close by and you can reach the train station in just 5 minutes.
I am looking for an uncomplicated, considerate person who enjoys living in a pleasant living atmosphere and values keeping the common rooms tidy and well-maintained.
If you can imagine such a living situation, I look forward to hearing from you.
