Room in a shared flat

The room
The room is on the ground floor with 3 large windows overlooking the garden.
Rent: 740.- + 2.0.- NK (on account).

Animals
We have a dog.

We are looking for
A woman between 25 and 45.

We look forward to you bringing the garden and the house to life with us. We enjoy shared activities, but also appreciate that everyone has time for themselves.

Please send us a message with a short description of yourself so that we can get to know you a little better (age, hobbies, job, whether you have lived in a shared flat before, etc.).

We are
A 5-person women's shared flat, all between the ages of 27 and 38. We live in a beautiful Flarzhaus with a garden at the vineyard in Stäfa.

Celine provides always fitting decorations, brings flowers home, and beautifies the walls with her art. Additionally, she makes the most delicious cocoa drinks for cozy evenings by the fire and tries to persuade everyone to dance salsa.

Miriam, our org-queen, loves Reese’s Chocolate, always has an open ear for everyone, and regularly surprises us with her dry humor.

Salomé has a laugh that simply makes you laugh along. She has impressive cleaning skills, a green thumb, and a colorful mix of hobbies.

And Mishy, who is moving in fresh with her VW Büssli and many enriching ideas, expanding the shared flat.

And of course, the dog Maly, who always gives something to laugh about and is happy to see new faces.

We appreciate shared dinners, plan garden day activities, or a shared excursion. At home, we speak Swiss German and English.

Currently, a room will become available again at the earliest from 31 October (no stress, also possible by arrangement :).

Nearby
5 min. on foot there is a small farm shop with great vegetables. Migros and Coop as well as the Seidenhof Broki and the Kulturhaus Rössli are located further down at the station, reachable in approx. 15 min. on foot or also by bus.
