The Neighborhood:

• 12 min by bike / 14 mins by tram to HB
• Bus 89 / 67 , Tram 14 / 9 nearby
• Coop 2 min, Denner 4 mins, Migros etc 6 min
• Good mix of people and trees

The House:

• 9 floors (we are on the 5th)
• Concrete core (sound protection between the floors!)
• Built 1968, renovated 2022
• Lift
• Many washing machines / dryers and NO washing schedule!
• Parking space possible
• A bit back from the street, so it is not so loud
• Mega quiet at night and on the weekend
• The management reacts actually quite okay

The Neighbors:

• Say hello
• Come by occasionally for an apéro
• Good mix of people who come and go
• Chickens come every day for breakfast

The Apartment:

• 90 m2 (approx., with balcony)
• Bright, large windows
• East-facing with mega morning sun (perfect for coffee/tea on the sofa)
• Electric blinds
• Large balcony with sofa, table, grill
• Sonos sound everywhere
• Dimmable light everywhere
• Exciting plants everywhere
• Mega good projector for series / films (rarely in summer)
• Bathroom has a window (looooove that)

Kitchen:

• Dishwasher
• Real espresso machine
• Wine cooler
• Extra storage room and storage space
• All gadgets (Airfryer etc)

Room:

• 15 m2 (approx.) large bedroom
• Furnished with queen bed, lamp, simple shelf, simple desk, mirror, storage space
• Large window to the balcony

The Roommate (Me):

• Man
• Mid 40s
• Fitness / cycling / volleyball / hiking / diving / photography
• Focus on sustainable development
• During the week approx. 23:00 to bed and 07:00 up, on the weekend you don't know
• Pescatarian and flexible
• Like to eat together sometimes, or not
• Regularly / randomly away
• Friendly, sometimes open, sometimes quiet
• Electronic / Electro / Classical / Alternative / Opera
• Occasionally late dance parties at night

You (one person, not two):

• Reasonable
• Not always there (similar to me)

• Help regularly with cleaning, supplies, being happy
• It is ok for you to share salt, flour, sauces, milk etc. and you replace it when it is empty

Over the years I have lived with many people and appreciate decency, respect and that one doesn't take everything so seriously. I can sometimes be a bit quirky, but it won't get boring. Humor is black and the basis is a bit hippie-style.
