Large, quiet room (over 18 m²) with high ceilings, beautiful parquet flooring and plenty of natural light. Furnished with basic equipment including a large wardrobe. Ideal for living and working.

The apartment offers a kitchen, large living room, balcony, roof terrace and much more.

We are a young three-person shared apartment, all in their late 20s and working in the startup environment. One of us is moving out, which is why the room is becoming available. We are often out during the week and appreciate a relaxed, social togetherness. Not a purpose-only shared flat, but also not a constant program.

We are looking for a tidy and social person who is interested in shared flat life. You keep the common rooms in good shape and are happy to join in for a Znacht or a beer on the balcony. Age mid-20s to early 30s fits us best.
