• Plenty of privacy, as the rooms are located on their own, separate floor.
• Move-in ready: pack your suitcases and move in! (No storage space for your own large furniture).

• Top connections: bus stop directly in front of the door – in just 20 minutes in the center of St. Gallen.
• Parking space: one private car parking space directly in front of the house is included.
• Shared use: the kitchen and the bathroom are located on the ground floor and are shared with me respectfully and cleanly.

Unbeatable flat rate:
CHF 400.– per person room (Total CHF 800.– for the whole floor, absolutely everything included: heating, electricity, water, fast WLAN & parking space).
