2 rooms apartment

Hello! I am offering my cozy 2-room flat in Zürich, Kreis 11, for exchange. The apartment has 50 m², 2 rooms and costs 1213 CHF rent. Additionally, the apartment has a dishwasher, bathtub and a balcony. I am looking for a slightly larger apartment in Zürich, from 3 rooms and at least 70 m², with a rent up to 2500 CHF. The exact location of the sought-after apartment in Zürich is still open, we can gladly discuss details. I look forward to your message and a possible apartment exchange! Further info regarding the desired apartment will be gladly provided upon request.
