Due to a two-year stay abroad, we are renting out our cosy, modern and fully furnished 4.5-room maisonette penthouse apartment in Buch am Irchel from 1 February 2027 to 31 December 2028.

The approximately 154 m2 large apartment is located in a family-friendly and quiet residential development (built in 2010) and extends over two floors. The special room layout, the open gallery and the spacious rooms give the apartment an airy and at the same time very cosy living feeling.

Living & Kitchen
The heart of the apartment is the spacious, open living and dining area with an adjoining kitchen. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2021 and is equipped with high-quality Miele appliances (oven, combi-steamer, warming drawer, fridge/freezer combination and dishwasher).

The living area is cosily and stylishly furnished with a leather sofa and TV. Sonos speakers in the living area and in the kitchen provide music.

The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals and cosy evenings with a large solid wood table and a leather bench.

From the living area, you have direct access to the spacious, covered balcony with around 19.5 m2. With the Napoleon grill, it is wonderful for cosy hours outside – even in less than perfect weather.

Sleeping & Working
On the lower floor is the spacious bedroom with a 180 cm wide box spring bed and direct access to the bathroom with WC, shower and bathtub.

Also on this floor are the entrance area with built-in cupboards and wardrobe as well as the access to the upper floor.
There is an office with a guest bed, a children's room with a floor bed and bunk bed, as well as a second bathroom with WC and shower.

Via the open gallery, you have a beautiful view of the living and dining area. This makes the apartment feel particularly open, bright and spacious.

The children's room makes the apartment ideal for a family. At the same time, the room layout can be used flexibly – for example as a 3.5-room apartment if the children's room is not needed.

Buch am Irchel is located at the foot of the Irchel and offers a beautiful combination of rural surroundings, lots of nature and good accessibility. Walks, bike tours and excursions into the Zürcher Weinland begin practically at your doorstep.

Rental period
Due to our two-year stay abroad, the apartment is rented for a fixed term from 1 February 2027 to 31 December 2028.
