Room in a shared flat

Since I am going abroad for half a year, I am subletting my room in a shared flat in Wabern from February to July.
There is the possibility to extend to an indefinite contract.

The room is approx. 23m² large, furnished and offers enough space for living, studying and relaxing. The apartment is well connected to public transport. The tram stop Bern, Sandrain is reachable in 5 minutes.

The apartment has a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, bathroom, living room and balcony, which are used communally. You would live together with Bella and Sarah, who are currently studying/working.

I wish for a reliable and uncomplicated person who takes good care of the room and the apartment during my absence.

If you are interested, please feel free to write me a short note about yourself.
