Room in a shared flat

Room in a newly occupied 2-person shared flat, 4 minutes from Schwerzenbach station
Here, you are not moving into a finished shared flat, but rather helping to shape a home from the very beginning.
I am currently moving into the apartment and setting it up step by step. At the latest in one month, everything will be completely furnished. Until then, you have the rare chance to have a say: which sofa, which lamp, how the balcony should look. If you feel like helping to design it, all the better. If not, you can sit back and move into a freshly furnished apartment.
The apartment
Bright 3.5 rooms on 80 m² on the 3rd floor with lift:

• Large, light-flooded living and dining room with beautiful parquet
• Glazed balcony with a view of the greenery, open in summer, a protected place for morning coffee in winter
• Separate kitchen with granite countertop, dishwasher and window
• Modern bathroom with glass shower
• Underground parking space available upon request for an additional CHF 150

Your room (14 m²) belongs to you alone; everything else we share.
The location
Live quietly and yet be everywhere quickly:

• Schwerzenbach station in 4 minutes on foot, from there directly to Zürich via S-Bahn
• Supermarket and pharmacy right around the corner
• The Greifensee is close, ideal for jogging, cycling or for a dip in the water after work

Rent
CHF 1'200 per month, including service charges. Deposit: 2 months' rent. Available from 15.October
About me
I am Merdan, 37, and work in the finance sector, about half of the time in the home office. I am tidy and uncomplicated, appreciate a quiet home and am happy to be available for a shared meal or a coffee on the balcony. Everyone has their own life, but you are happy when the other person comes home: that is how I imagine the shared flat.
About you
You are in professional life (or studying), are reliable and clean and are looking for a relaxed home.
Does that sound like you? Then write to me briefly about who you are, what you do and from when you would like to move in. I look forward to your message.
