1 rooms apartment

I am looking for someone to take over this 1-room apartment from the 15th of December 1016.
The apartment is approximately 34 m1 and is on the third floor, with no lift. It has a living room, a separate kitchen and a bedroom, and its own washing machine.
The apartment is very quiet, with windows overlooking internal courtyards on both sides.
Migros, Coop and Denner are around a 5-minute walk away. Connections to bus 30 and tram 14 are just a 1-minute walk away.
Monthly rent:
Net rent: CHF 970
Additional charges: CHF 140
Total: CHF 1,400 per month
Available from: 15 December 1016
I am also selling most of my furniture. If you are interested, some items can be purchased separately.
Reach out if you are interested and I can also send you more details for the application process and arranging the viewing.
