Room in a shared flat

I, female, 59 years old, am looking for a flatmate for 6-12 months.

Please note: I am renting the room ONLY to a WOMAN.

Rental only to non-smokers.

About me:
I am employed, a non-smoker and vegetarian, experienced in shared flats.

I like my apartment to be tidy and clean.
Pets are not allowed.

About the apartment at the edge of the forest:
3-room apartment, approximately 75 sqm in total. 3rd floor, no lift. Parking possibilities in the surrounding area.
The forest can be reached in two minutes.

Shared flat room:
Fully furnished.
The room for rent is 15 sqm in size and very bright. Parquet floor. It has direct access to the beautiful, green balcony.
The sofa bed (brand new, unused) is pulled out to 110 cm x 200 cm. With the extra mattress, one can sleep well on it.
Sufficient storage space is available: wardrobe, folding table, bookshelf, work table by the window, side table, chairs.

Kitchen with dishwasher.
Bathroom with bathtub and window.
Extra: own washing machine in the bathroom.
Living room with cozy dining area. Parquet floor.

Shared use of living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

In the cellar: "large" washing machine and dryer. Additionally a laundry drying room, all for shared use with the other tenants.

Balcony, approximately 12 sqm:
Well-maintained, with many plants. Sun from morning until sunset. The balcony can be accessed from the living-dining room and directly from the shared flat room.

Shopping facilities:
Coop approximately seven minutes walking distance.

Public transport: The S18 stop can be reached in five minutes.
It is approximately 18 minutes to Bahnhof Stadelhofen.
