Room in a shared flat

My current roommate wants to move out and I am therefore looking for two new roommates. Rent is 800.- per person. Only one tenant is sought per room, please do not apply as a couple for one room. The entire apartment is a 4.5-room apartment with approximately 102 m2, spanning two floors. It conveys the feeling of one's own house - in the middle of the city, in a quiet location near the Thun hospital. The apartment (except for the room for rent) is modernly furnished, but can be supplemented with your own furniture. The amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as two bathrooms: one with a shower and bathtub on the upper floor and a separate toilet on the ground floor, which can of course be used by both. The apartment also has a terrace with a beautiful view of Thun Castle and a small garden, which can be co-designed. The washing machine and dryer are located in the own, spacious cellar. A parking space in the garage can be taken over for 150 Fr. per month. Electricity and other additional costs are shared. Public transport and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The popular Mühleplatz is within walking distance, Thun train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.
