We are looking for a successor tenant for our apartment in Kreuzlingen as of 1 October 2026. The apartment is particularly convincing due to its central and border-proximate location: Kreuzlingen station is located only approx. 300 meters away, and the Konstanz old town is also quickly reachable thanks to the immediate proximity to the border. The apartment will be handed over unfurnished. The kitchen is part of the apartment and includes, among other things, a dishwasher. In addition, the apartment includes its own cellar compartment as well as its own parking space. In the cellar, a shared washing machine and a dryer are available to the residents.
