Room in a shared flat

Since I, Nicola, am moving in with my partner, I am leaving my room in our cozy 4-person shared apartment at Habsburgerstrasse 24 with a heavy heart.

Remaining are Elias (30, psychologist), Lorenz (24, architecture student) and Sophie (32, actress).

We enjoy having a glass of vino, playing cards, cooking together or watching a film. In summer, we like to spend the evenings on one of our two balconies; otherwise, we make ourselves comfortable in the large living room.

We value shared flat life, but it is just as important to us that everyone has their own space and can withdraw at any time. Quite according to the motto: Much can be done, nothing is mandatory! :)

The apartment features, in addition to the four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, two large balconies as well as two cellar compartments with plenty of storage space.

Since unfortunately only five pictures can be uploaded here, photos of the second bathroom and further images of the room are missing, among other things. I will of course gladly send these if you are interested.

We look forward to getting to know you! :)

Kind regards
Nicola and the Habsi-WG
