Room in a shared flat

Hi there! Maurice and I are looking for a 3rd person to co-create a warm and committed shared flat starting from 1 January.

Our vision: more than just a shared roof, we want to build a common life project where mutual aid, ecology, and active kindness are part of daily life.

The room: ~14m2 (643 CHF). The rent includes utilities and Internet. Collective purchase expenses (of quality 😉) (food, furniture, utensils), electricity, SERAFE (if applicable) will come as needed. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms (it is therefore a flatshare of 3 people), a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and toilets, two balconies. There is no living room as such 🥲.
The apartment has a storage space in the cellar. The laundry room is shared by the whole building, without dedicated time slots.

Two words about us 🙂
Maurice: 21 years old doing his bachelor in mechanical engineering at EPFL, passionate about cycling, ultimate frisbee and DIY.
Leni: 35 years old works 80% in sustainability. Her interests revolve quite a bit around this subject 🙂 She travels by bike and likes to be active. When she has time she likes to do sport, go walking, go to conferences, to workshops.

This flatshare is a real project for us: to create a space that resembles us, where we feel good, and which respects our values on a daily basis. We look forward to reading from you!
